SHIPPING POLICY

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS IN UAE. 

For Products:

Our shipping partner with friendly and helpful driver’s that will deliver your order straight to your door.

Currently we only deliver in the UAE.

Orders placed before 4 PM will be processed the same day, except on Friday.

Your delivery will take 2-3 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Kindly ensure that you provide us with correct address and mobile number and our shipping partner will schedule delivery.

All customers will be called to confirm their address & confirm a suitable delivery time. If our shipping partner fails to connect with customers due to no response, phones switched off etc., delivery will not be attempted. Customers will be contacted a final time to attempt delivery. Post the final attempt your order will be cancelled and refunded as per our policy.

The multiple orders/shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Dubai deliveries:

We accept cash on delivery.

We also have a prepaid option where you can order online through our payment gateway.

Returns are free of charge, for exchanges of full priced and Sale items please see our Exchange policy. 

For Final Sale items we only provide an exchange if the item has a defect, for which you must return the item to our office for exchange or store-credit only.
