RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Orders can be returned within 7 days from the date of receiving the product. Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org stating the order number and the reason for return.
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, so long as the item is in their delivery packaging and has not been opened or the products are damaged or wrong product. Returns after that period won’t be accepted. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please try the swimwear over your underwear to avoid staining of any kind that would prevent your eligibility for refund.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange all products must be unused and unwashed packed in the original packaging including all labels and tags attached, hygiene sticker in place.
Please notify us and return the Product in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavour to send you another Product or refund the payment.
Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with.
We will issue the full refund within 48 hours of receiving the goods, the refund may take 30 days working days to reach you, depending on your banks processing times.
Returns are arranged via our shipping company however return cost of 18 AED will be deducted from the refund.
Please add any free gifts and documentation that was shipped with the product.
RETURN OF FAULTY ITEM
In the rare case upon receiving a faulty item please contact us on email@example.com with photos highlighting the manufacture defect. Upon review of the email and photos attached we would reach out to arrange a free exchange if the size is available or refund if not interested in receiving new item.
Please note item should be unused and meet the criteria for Return. If the items happen to seem worn and torn it will be considered ineligible for exchange or refund.
Refunds will be processed according to the original mode of payment.
If your original payment method was Cash on Delivery the amount will be refunded as store credit only.
Refund will be processed within 48 hours once we receive and inspect the returned item.
We may refuse return of items if the product doesn’t meet the Return criteria.
We will inform you accordingly via email in such case.
We are happy to exchange the wrong size if the correct size is available in our stock however exchange for different item will be processed as a Return and a new Order for the correct item, would need to be placed.
We are happy to accommodate the exchange within 5 days after delivery, we encourage you to try the products as soon as possible to be able to receive more fitting size if needed.
Refund will be done according to our policies, if the correct size is not available. Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange collection and exchange of a replacement item for Free.
The item needs to meet the criteria as for Return policy. In the case of Return policy criteria are not met the item will be shipped back to you.
Next delivery is again free of charge (on us).
Sale items can be exchanged within 3 days from the day of delivery for a different size of the same if the item is in stock.
Please follow the Exchange policy.
If another size for the item that is on Sale is not in stock, we are happy to offer a refund as per our Refund Policy.
Kindly note that Final Sale items clearly marked as such are subject a No-Return Policy, No-Exchange and No-Refund and considered as Final Sale.
